Defining World Class Communication in Leadership Teams
Communication and alignment are keys to success in leadership teams, yet they can be so elusive. In this workshop, individuals express their definition of what it means to be “world class” in the communication realm. We dive into psychological safety, candor, and discipline. Groups work together to build shared models of communication and then use agent play to underline risks to achieving the best as a group.
Building a Shared Vision of Success
What is your team truly trying to achieve? Sometimes a group goal is nice, but individual needs can create zero sum games, especially in cross functional areas. This workshop unearths the key success points for a project, product, or strategy, creating a shared vision of success, understanding and empathy among all participants.
Bringing Values to Life
You have values, but how those values come to life are unique for each person. In this workshop, participants dive into values, sharing the meaning and application from their unique viewpoint. Participants then build shared models to that represent their shared story of unique elements and perspectives
Uncovering Strategic Risks
You’ve built a fantastic strategy, yet there will likely be bumps along the way. This workshop focuses on individuals outlining their perceived risks to the strategy, and then combine with their partners to develop a cohesive story. Then teams build out solutions to help prevent and overcome the barriers to success.
